Mackenzie Announces Over $400K for Montgomery County Sewer Improvements

HARRISBURG – Rep. Milou Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton) is pleased to announce $411,000 has been awarded through the Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer Program to the Green Lane Marlborough Joint Authority for priority sanitary sewer system repairs in Montgomery County.

“This grant will help ensure safe, reliable sewer services for our community,” said Mackenzie. “Investing in projects like this protects public health and strengthens the long-term sustainability of local infrastructure.”

The Pennsylvania Small Water and Sewer Program, administered by the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA), provides grants to municipalities and authorities for projects that improve drinking water and wastewater systems, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and enhancing service reliability.
